Make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.

All the products on this site are either made to order, or in the case of etches produced in small batches, while some stock is kept for sales at shows, most are made to order.
An acknowledgement will be sent when the order is entered into our system.
You will be informed when you order is posted and supplier with a tracking number where appropriate.
Orders will not normally be sent until full payment has been made. If payment is not made within 30 days the order will be deemed cancelled.
We aim to send out most orders within 28 days, but please bear in mind that there can be delays in obtaining goods from my suppliers.
Postage
Postage for all orders will be at Royal Mail rates + 5% for packaging.
Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within a reasonable time, i.e. 14 days from the payment date for UK orders or 30 days if you are overseas.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging..
