There have been problems with some items breaking in the post. This has been traced to the use of a resin that was essentially too brittle. A new, tougher resin has been found to replace it. Experiments have shown that this one survives a 20ft drop test. If anyone has received a broken wagon please use the contact form to report it, and it will be replaced.
